Leading a MeetUp group has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Bringing together people through common interests and ideas is one of my passions. So many people are looking for connections today. It is one of the many reasons I started this group.
For me, it is not enough to bring people together but also inspires others to get involved and be part of the group. I believe that is the foundation of a great leader.
The group has taught me how to plan events, lead small groups of people, and create a safe, fun, and welcoming space for everyone to find the connection they are looking for.
As the group continues to grow, I am looking forward to meeting new people and challenging myself to create more unique activities and events for the group. Each person has made the group unique and I am especially grateful for that.
