Optimist Changed Da World
I was walking through Riverfront Park in Schenectady and came across this park bench with the following message.
Troy Pug
I spotted this pug at the Troy Farmers’ Market where the Trojan Horns, a brass band based in Troy, were performing.
Bee on Sunflower
I was walking through the flower garden at Washington Park in Albany and spotted a number of bees buzzing around the sunflowers.
Pink and Orange Sunset
Tonight’s sunset was absolutely stunning. After temperatures hit a record 97°F at Albany International Airport, Mother Nature showed off with this sunset.
Peace Lily
My peace lily plant is finally blooming again! I know this is one of the easiest houseplants to care for, but I have been experimenting with lighting and watering.
The power of doing internal work
I often write about my spiritual path and how it has changed the trajectory of my life.
Some of my best writing work comes after midnight
Kayaking at Saratoga Lake
A fun day kayaking on Saratoga Lake with my Meetup group. Round trip we kayaked around 3 miles from the Kayak Shak in Saratoga Springs.
Spoon Concert
This was the first time since the COVID-19 Pandemic that I went to a concert! This was a bit of a last minute thing, but was so fun. Spoon was awesome.
