Connecting with places

Mohawk River at sunset from Riverside Park in Schenectady.

Ever since I was young, I have been drawn to bodies of water for insight and reflection.

There is something soothing and inspirational about being near a river, stream, lake, or ocean. With everything in nature, nothing is still. The air flows and the water moves. It is a friendly reminder that nothing is permanent.

One of my favorite places to stop and reflect, especially as of late is Riverside Park in the Stockades of Schenectady.

My intuition has been guiding me here for self-reflection and insight. I find it to be a very spiritual spot for me. I love going out and discovering places I connect with at a deep level because it brings peace, harmony, and balance to my life.

Where are some places you find a deep connection with?
