What’s meant for you will cross your path

Pathway between fences and grass.

The past few weeks I have been on the continual journey of self discovery.

When you first start out, your mind will put up as much resistance as it can. Push through that. The best analogy to this is getting a stitch while running. We can let this stop us dead in our tracks or we can push through it and achieve new things.

Connecting with yourself can bring up old trauma and things we thought we kept in the past. Bringing these up is deeply personal but can be beneficial to healing and growth.

The last few weeks have been a reminder that everything that is meant for me will find its way to me. No matter what. I do not have to push or force anything. It will just be.

Letting go is part of the process. Letting go of old stories, old ideas, old concepts. Moving on from the old to allow the new to begin.

Spirituality has always been important to me. It has allowed me to discover new things about myself that I haven’t known before. Finding peace with the unknown allows you to gain a fresh perspective about the world around you.

Do not hide from your true self. It knows the path. It knows the journey. Stay grounded no matter what throughout this process.

Once you get to the other side, you’ll wonder what took you so long.
